This is my second Sarah Dessen book.
Wow. I missed McLean. I love this book. It's relate-able, it happens every single day. I bet it's really hard to be in her shoes, might have even done the same thing if I were her (but I'm not...) :)
I love the mother-daughter bonding parts.
I like the McLean-Dave thing.
I'm pretty sure you'll like McLean too.
